We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central station and the convention center. It was also close to the financial district and the old town, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers like us. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and clean, which gave us a great first impression of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to one with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel also had a courtyard area where we could take our dog out without having to go to the street, which was a convenient feature. we were very satisfied with the location and the quality of services provided. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

We stayed overnight on our way home after a 3 week European holiday. The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. It was great the restaurant was open late so we were able to have a lovely late dinner. Would definintely stay here again

Our room was only set up for 1 person, although we booked for 2 so only one towel and not enough pillows when we phoned reception to ask for another towel and pillow we were told housekeeping was closed. Disppointing.

I was very disappointed from the dirty bathrooms. This should n o t happen in a hotel of this standard and reputation.

One of the hotel's special highlights is the paternoster lift, which takes guests up to the seventh floor. How charming!

The bathrooms were so small that I had to get out of the shower just to open the door. Brilliant design!

The compact size of the hotel added to its charm, with a bright and welcoming lobby. The room we stayed in was spacious and provided a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff, despite some inconsistencies, were mostly friendly and helpful when needed. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it for its great location and comfortable rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for me, just outside of the bustling downtown area but still close enough to easily walk to the railway station and explore the city center. Being in the financial district added a touch of sophistication to the atmosphere.

Despite the overall positive experience, the staff seemed to have some difficulties locating a free room for us, even though we had a reservation. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall excellent service and comfort provided by this venue.

Breakfast is way too expensive! The Breakfast staff could be a little bit more friendly, (but hey this is Germany and it is the morning!) and the fried eggs are always cold!!

The breakfast service was great and the staff were professional. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and in a calm area. Highly recommended for young couples and big families. The hotel is within walking distance to the Messe Exhibition area, ensuring a peaceful stay while being close to attractions.
